We were referred to Dr. Palmer for my teen daughter and we couldn't be happier. Her office is calming and clean and the staff are so warm and welcoming. My daughter needed quite a bit of work done, and Dr. Palmer answered every question and provided a detailed timeline and plan to accomplish it all. She is very patient, kind, informative and professional. I am so impressed with her attention to detail. She is a wonderful dentist as well for anyone with any sort of dental anxiety. She had the ability to put my teen daughter right at ease. We couldn't be happier with the results of our visits and my daughter is confident and happy with her smile.

The first step in obtaining emergency dental care should always be to call us first and let someone on our staff help you. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately.
Most hospital emergency rooms and urgent care clinics aren’t equipped to handle dental emergencies, and as a result if you go there first, you’re unlikely to get treated.
If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call us as soon as possible and let our staff help you.
Keep in mind that dental emergencies are often an indication of larger dental problems, and an important sign to get back into the habit of regular dental exams and cleanings in addition to your at-home oral hygiene routine.
The first step when locating a new dentist is to define what you’re looking for. Typically, this is some combination of welcoming your dental insurance, low fees, an ideal location, excellent credentials, high safety and cleanliness standards, and convenient hours. Additionally, you should know what type of dental care you need, whether it’s preventive, restorative, cosmetic, or pediatric.
Finally, it’s important to get a good feel for the practice by reading staff and dentist bios, patient reviews, and perusing before and after photos or testimonials on the dentist’s website.
The cost of a dental check-up and cleaning depends on many factors including the location of the practice and the patient's individual oral health.
Each check-up and cleaning should include a health history and discussion of patient concerns, a thorough exam completed by a dentist, a professional cleaning, X-rays, and an oral cancer screening.
The average cost for this type of appointment in markets across the United States is between $200 and $350. If you have dental insurance, the fees for your check-up and cleaning are negotiated with us by your insurance company.
